We have many banquet menus and package options from which you can choose.  At this time we request you call or email for additional information on hall rental and menus.
 
THE GREAT HALL
The Great Hall is decorated with chandeliers, hunter green carpet and gleaming oak. The fire place has carved oak columns purchased in London and the shield above the fire place was hand carved in France. The adjacent patio overlooks the magnificent eighteenth green and allows our guests a beautiful view. This is excellent for cocktails and provides room for larger parties. This splendid room features elegant dining and entertainment.

Accommodations: up to 230 persons

THE ST. ANDREWS
The St. Andrews room is decorated with burgundy carpet, golden paneling and carved oak bar. The St. Andrews is perfect for smaller parties, meetings and receptions. This room is ideal for elegant dinner parties.

Accommodations:  50 to 130 persons

 
THE MIXED GRILL
Perfect for any event. The bar came from England. It was built by Ralph Stultify in Burnely, England. Ralph tears down old pubs, churches, etc and builds pubs and bars out of them. Most of the bar was in a pub from Edinburgh. The staircase is from Windsor Castle Horse Guard Barracks part of which was torn down after the war. The paneling is from the 17th or 18th century, as well as the leaded glass windows, originally made for Henry the 8th and his daughter, Elizabeth. They came from a grand old manor house in England. The fireplace is believed the be from the 1500’s.  This room is only available from November 1st through April 1st.

The rental fee includes:

  • White linen tablecloths
  • Napkins
  • China
  • Stemware
  • Silverware
  • Set up
  • Clean up
  • Cake cutting
  • Bud vases
  • Table skirting

- Colored linens available at an additional cost
- Cake, Photographer and Entertainment referrals are also available

 

Deposit Procedures:

  • A $700.00 deposit is required to confirm a date.
  • Date will be held only upon receipt of deposit.
  • In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited unless management is able to fill vacancy and on any reimbursements a $200.00 fee will be withheld.
  • Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to scheduled event is subject to pay 50% of minimum charge of people guaranteed if unable to rebook.

Miscellaneous Information

1. All prices are subject to change unless guaranteed in writing.
2. A minimum of 150 paid dinner guests is required on any Friday or Saturday evening in the Great Hall.
3. A minimum of 100 persons is required on any Saturday afternoon or Sunday in the Great Hall.
4. A minimum of 50 paid dinner guests is required in the St. Andrews or Mixed Grill on any Friday or Saturday evening.
5. All food and beverage (with the exception of cakes for special occasions) must be provided by Scottish Food Management, Inc.
6. Groups requesting tax exemption MUST complete the tax-exempt form PRIOR to the scheduled function.
7. THE ENTIRE COST OF YOUR PARTY OR RECEPTION MUST BE PAID TWENTY FOUR HOURS PRIOR TO THE DAY OF YOUR FUNCTION.
8. NO CREDIT CARDS OR OUT-OF-STATE CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
9. Indianwood reserves the right to refuse any booking that, at it’s sole discretion, is considered inappropriate or inconsistent with the well-being or the reputation of the club.
10. In order to confirm the space for a function on a definite basis a group must provide Indianwood with an authorized written signature on a standard Indianwood Golf and Country club contract. Indianwood reserves the right to release function space that has not been confirmed by a signed contract.
11. Split entrees available, $1.50 additional per person.
12. The management requests that no rice, birdseed or confetti be thrown anywhere on the premises.
13. Valet service is mandatory.
14. Coat check is available for $50.00.
 

Important Information

Three weeks prior to the date that has been booked, you must contact us with your menu choice. One-week prior to the date, you MUST give us your guaranteed number of guests. We prepare 5% above the guaranteed amount. Positively no reductions in guaranteed figures will be accepted less than 5 days subsequent to the event.
